How Long Do Penntek Floor Coatings Take to Cure?
Penntek floor coatings take four to eight hours to cure to the point where they can handle light foot traffic, and 24 hours for heavier vehicle traffic (e.g., garage floor coatings or vehicle showrooms). Full chemical resistance and maximum hardness are reached within 72 hours.

Penntek floor coatings, established in 2010, is an advanced three-part polyurea system engineered to quickly form a chemical bond with concrete (notably stronger than a mechanical bond). This, combined with its 98% higher stretch capacity, makes Penntek coatings more flexible and durable, helping prevent cracking, peeling, and chipping.
