We use a powerful floor grinder to remove dust, dirt, and stains. Excess dirt can be swept away. All of this prep work will result in a smooth, clean surface, ripe for sealing.
Our commercial floor coating process depends on Penntek floor coatings. We use Penntek for several reasons. First, their coatings are multi-layered, with a primer and basecoat of industrial epoxy floor paint. Additionally, the topcoat is made of polyurea, an incredibly flexible and durable material that keeps moisture and chemicals away from the floor and helps prevent cracking. While mere epoxy floor paint holds up for two to three years, a Penntek polyurea floor can last more than 25 years.
Secondly, Penntek floor coatings are easy to maintain and keep clean. The smooth polyurea surface makes sweeping and washing incredibly simple.
